Its been a while since the last update on the cyclo-cross series, but there's been other priorities - updating the website!  On 27-Dec-09 the Redmon team went down to Foots Cray near Sidcup for the 12th round of the league.  Bit of a chilly day, but fun was had by all (apart from a bit of cheating by some competitors!). Its was quite an easy course, apart from the hard bumpy ground which sapped your strength.

Ed Clark came a very creditable 19th, even though he was complaining about it, John Allen 50th and Chris Brewer 103rd.  Ed brought his brother along to race and did extremely well finishing in 58th, so lets hope we see more of him too.

The overall standings, after 10 rounds, now are: Ed Clark is 5th in the seniors; John Allen and Chris Brewer are 35th and 42nd respectively in the Vets; Eddie Allen is 12th in the juniors, although he has only completed in 2 rounds. Former junior Redmon member Wilf Sinclair is doing very well in the standings, he's 2nd in the juniors and 30th overall, regularly finishing in the top 40 riders.
